OUR COMPANY
It was founded in 1986, as a Tourism and Travel Wholesaler. Its founders, Miguel Martin and Carolina Martin are professionals with over 30 years of experience in the tourism industry.
1. OUR MISSION .
To provide innovative tourist services in the receptive and emissive areas exclusively through travel agents in the local and international scene, who may fully satisfy their demands, ensuring profitability for our organization and opportunities for the people we work with.
2. OUR COMPANY
Currently, it is composed of a staff of directors and over 30 professionals with over 30 years of experience and trained to fulfill our mission, which is that of providing quality products and services to our clients.
Our company has a prominent standing in the market, as well as financial security built through 20 years of efficient work.
Our staff handles the main languages like Spanish, German, English, French, and Portuguese, among others.
Intertours conducts annual training programs for its staff and its clients. The fields covered by the training deal with aspects such as customer satisfaction, competency, time management, sales process, paradigms, and self-improvement, in addition to seminars and workshops for training with specific products.
3. OUR STRUCTURE
We have our own main office with a built area of 545 square meters , equipped with state-of-the-art technology, IT Network with over thirty workstations, our own software, telephone exchange with 18 lines (automatic tracking) and 40 extensions, fax, photocopier, Sabre Terminal, Amadeus, 30 mobile telephones, webpage with our own domain.
We have our own offices in Foz do Iguassu —Martin Travel— with a branch at the Bourbon Hotel (main event center in the Iguassu Falls Area), in Montevideo —Martin Travel— and in Havana —Intertours Cuba.
4. RECEPTIVE TOURISM
It produces, organizes, promotes, and operates travel services in the fields of Congresses, Expositions, Events, Incentive Tourism, Business Tourism, Nature Tourism, Conventional and Specialized Tourism, among the best known.
Travel services are rendered in Paraguay and in areas of influence such as the Iguassu Falls and Mato Grosso do Sul in Brazil , and the Provinces of Misiones and Corrientes in Argentina .
5. EMISSIVE TOURISM
5.1 Commercializes through the Travel Agencies of Paraguay, all type of touristical services anywhere of the world such as hotels, car renters circuits, special packages being these of represented companies or exclusive foreign correspondents.

IICTEL - A company that provides long-distance telephone services, based in the United States . Providers of technical support for the Intertours Calling Card.-
BANCOTEL - A leading company in the field of prepaid hotel services by means of checkbooks, with over 1,000 hotels.-
AVIS RENT A CAR - Car rental company, leader in the world.-
CLUB MEDITERRANEE - French chain with over 100 Villages & Resorts around the world. -

Since we established our company, we participate annually in the main fairs, congresses and international tourism events such as FITUR, ITB, BTI, LATIN AMERICA TRAVEL MART, LA CUMBRE , POW-WOW, ABAV, FIT, CONVENCIÓN DE TURISMO DE CUBA, COTAL, TIANGUIS, and WORLD TRAVEL MART.
